Baker

Bakers prepare products such as fermented goods, cookies, quick breads, pastries, cakes, chocolates, confections and frozen desserts. They prepare dough and batters for baked goods according to formulas using mechanized and non-mechanized tools and equipment.

They may be self-employed or work in bakeries, supermarkets, catering companies, hotels, restaurants or institutional facilities.
